I’m Chris and my mission here is to create a site that goes beyond drawing tutorials and helps you draw and design the artwork you deserve!

I specialize in creating fantastic girls ranging from anime (and manga) to anthropomorphic to otherworldly!

My purpose here is to make sure you get awesome and quality drawing tutorials, art advice, and reviews on drawing and character design.

I focus on designing and drawing female characters. My speciality is drawing anime girls, and I love the style of anime. However I do design female characters in different themes like anthropomorphic (robots, animal/human hybrids, etc).

My goal here is to give you the BEST information possible about how to draw girls. (my drawing and design information can apply to all aspects of character design and art as well)

This is not just another drawing tutorials site, this goes ABOVE AND BEYOND!

You’ve probably heard this before. You see some fantastic artwork online or at a comic book show or art convention and ask the artist how he/she was able to make such great drawing.

You want to know what they studied (what they did to get so DAMN good), and if they offer their own drawing tutorials!

And they tell you something to the effect of just practice and you’ll get there . . .

Does this sound familiar?

Really?? That’s it??? “Just practice” and I’ll be able to make STUNNING artwork . . .

Seems really vague, because it is.

That’s like learning chemistry by just mixing chemicals together to see what happens and get the results you want. How long would that take just to figure out how to make something simple like red clothing dye if you didn’t know EXACTLY what and how much went into the formula? Would you sit there for weeks mixing stuff together till you hit the right combination?

How about cooking? You wouldn’t try to bake a red velvet cake if you didn’t know the ingredients, proportions, and baking temperature and time it would take to properly bake the cake. Imagine working in a kitchen for weeks “just practicing” baking by winging it to make red velvet cake!

This would take forever . . . unless you had guidance and the knowledge to GET IT RIGHT the first time!

I’m here to provide you with great drawing tutorials, resources, links and recommendations to other resources both online and offline that will give you the answers to drawing awesome characters!

This is where you really learn how to draw girls! I’m going for broke and giving you gold level drawing tutorials and resources! This will help you not just make the best characters possible; it will help you with EVERY facet of drawing!

Don’t just sit and practice and spin your wheels.

Nothing great was created in a vacuum. Great works were made by referencing the knowledge at hand and taking it a step further; going BEYOND what was currently available.

If you have that drive to create great artwork and you want to know how; that means you have the potential to become a FANTASTIC ARTIST!

And don’t let anyone tell you different.

To go down the path of improving your drawing skills, you need two very important things. And none of them is money …

You need a thick skin, and you need guts.

A thick skin provides you a way to take critiques and advice from others to improve your artwork. Remember, even though not everyone is an artist, turns out EVERYONE is an art critic. You need to look at advice from others objectively, seperate the bad advice from the good, and apply it to improve yourself.

You need to have guts. Nothing comes from nothing. If you don’t start drawing and studying the resources that will help you, YOU WILL NEVER IMPROVE! You need to find the confidence to put your pencil to paper daily (or more often) and get drawing.

Don’t worry about what people think, just start drawing and keep drawing.

My personal style is drawing anime style female characters. I’ll show you how to draw girls by showing you not just how I draw girls, but explain planning to process to finish and everything in between.
